If you would like to place an order, please email us @ funky.doggie@gmail.com. Include :
- the item code
- your name
- your contact number
- delivery address
- your furkid's neck size in CM
- which online payment you wish to use to make payment
We will reply you with sms / email together with our bank account number once we received your order. Once you have transfer the payment online / bank in via ATM, please sms / email to notify us and we will get back to you once we have confirmed received the payment.

Please do include your doggy 's neck size (cm) in the email order, as all the items are custom made for each order. Measure like the picture below:

All products are totally handmade by Funky-Doggie. Please do not place order if you are not able to accept any defect on the items.
Due to difference resolution of monitor, there might be discrepancy of colour between the actual product and the displayed picture.
All prices shown are include postage fees for delivery within West Malaysia. For delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), there is an additional of RM 6.00 delivery charges charged.

其它
-位于巴生谷一带的订单，饰品将会在３至５天内抵达。至于其他位于马来西亚半岛的州属，饰品将在1个星期内抵达。
-包裹如在运送期间如有任何损失中途遗失，Funky.Doggie一概不负责。
-所有货品都会经过检查再寄出。货物出门，恕不退换。
-所有布料均为人手裁剪，通常会有1cm内的误差，不能接受的请不要下单。
-所有的手制品都由我全手工制作，不能接受有缺陷瑕疵的朋友也请不要下单。
-所有商品都是由我们Funky.Doggie实拍。由于每部电脑的显色度不同，颜色和品质以实物为准。
-下单表示同意以上所有的条款!
另外，所有价格已包括邮费。（只限于马来西亚半岛州属）
至于东马的大大们（沙巴和沙捞越州），如想购买宝贝们的饰品请额外加RM6.00作为运费。
